We welcome individuals who are passionate about making a difference to join our creative team of volunteers.

If you have a skill, passion or drive and would like an opportunity to shine, there is room in our organisation to build/mentor or become part of our "think tank".
We are an innovative organisation and believe in forward thinking and creating new ways of working and tackling issues that impact on social workers.

We are looking for bloggers, writers, event planners, trainers, social media experts etc.

By supporting us you can help work towards our vision of a world in which people of Black, Asian and Ethnic minorities will live free from racial domination, economic exploitation and cultural oppression.

There are several ways in which you can support us:

In turn we:

Offer marketing opportunities through use of our social media platforms, member and non-member newsletters.

Provide you the opportunity to present/speak at one of our events.

DONATIONS
We exist to help and support social workers from Black, Asian and ethnic minorities.
With your support, we can improve outcomes for these groups.

These social workers are often isolated and are at risk of some of the worst mental health issues of any professional groups, due to feeling isolated, unheard and undervalued.
​
To achieve this, we require a budget and need your support - to improve and to create a world in which people of Black, Asian and Ethnic minorities will live free from racial domination, economic exploitation and cultural oppression.
